Belleza ships products to Australia-wide.
Belleza agrees to dispatch the product(s) ordered within seven (7) days from the payment receipt date. However, in most cases, your order will be shipped within two (2) working days. Belleza will send a notification to you by email when your order is dispatched.
We offer express shipping on ALL orders, and shipping is FREE for all orders over $99.
For orders under $99 a flat shipping rate of $9.95 applies.
If in Australia, you should expect your parcel within 1-5 business days. If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at [email protected] and we will track it for you. Australia Post will deliver straight to your door, however, if undelivered a calling card will be placed in your letter box to notify you your parcel is ready to collect at your nearest post office.
Belleza is unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or delivery company strikes, etc.

You may email our customer care team within five hours of placing your order during business hours to request a cancellation. Refunds for cancellations are applied once we provide confirmation.
Exchanges cannot be made for products that have been opened or used. If you are exchanging a product due to your error such as an incorrect product, you will cover the return shipping cost. To arrange this, please contact customer service with your date of product delivery, order number, and product. We do not cover shipping costs for voluntary exchanges.

We want you to love your Belleza purchase. If you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information.
Please note: Only items purchased on www.bellezabeautyclinic.com.au may be accepted for return or exchange. If you purchased your Belleza product at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.
If you are shipping an item for more than $75, we recommend you use a shipping service with reliable tracking, or that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
